We shipped a Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) to Syngas Reactor to our United Arab Emirates Customer, end user is Sultan Qaboos University.
We shipped a Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) to Syngas Reactor to our United Arab Emirates Customer, end user is Sultan Qaboos University, as per customer's request, this Reactor has below specifications:
1. Working Volume:
5L, for lab-scale experiments.
2. Application:
The reactor will be used for solar-assisted thermochemical gasification of preprocessed municipal solid waste (MSW) to produce syngas.
Feedstock includes dried organic MSW particles (<5 cm).
3. Material of Reactor:
Stainless Steel SUS304 for both high temperature resistance and anti-corrosion purpose.
Alternative option is Inconel or Nickel Alloy.
4. Working Pressure:
Inner tank working pressure: Atmospheric to slightly positive pressure (~0.1 MPa max), we leave margin for safety purpose, so the design temperature is 0.5MPa.
5. Working Temperature:
Normal operation range: 500°C
6. Surface Finish Required:
Internal surface: Mirror Polished (for easy cleaning and uniform heat distribution)
External surface: Standard industrial finish is acceptable.
Also, equip with valves, temperature sensors, pressure indicator, controller PID for control purpose, also equip with host-computer software (or DCS system), can provide digital or analog output signals for integration with computer (heating temperature and pressure).
