A Laboratory High Pressure Reactor is a versatile, small-scale vessel, typically 50 mL to 50 L, used in R&D to conduct chemical reactions under precisely controlled conditions. Lab reactors prioritize accuracy, flexibility, and data capture to understand reaction pathways, kinetics, and scale-up parameters.
Lab Reactor Includes
● Lab Reactor equips with various instrumentation: High-density sensors like Pressure Gauge, Pressure Sensor, pH Sensor, PT100 Temperature sensor, Mass Flow Meter, Level Gauge etc, to track every variable.
● Lab Reactor is with Precision control, like PID or PLC controllers for display, control and keep record of above parameters. * It has Data logging, Automated capture of time, temperature, pressure, and stirring speed for Design of Experiments analysis.
● Most Lab Reactor has structure of Reflux, Distillation, and Crystallization function.

● Material: Usually made of stainless steel, Hastelloy, Nickel Alloy or other alloy to resist corrosion and high stress
● For some special request, may need Parallel Reactors, it consists of Multiple small vessels operating simultaneously under identical or independent conditions.

● Temperature Control: Circulating Baths (chillers/heaters) that maintain stability to ±1°C, or equip controllable Heaters inside reactor jacket.
● Stirring: Overhead motors with torque sensing for viscous mixtures; magnetic stirring for small volumes.
● Data Logging: Automated capture of temperature, pressure, stirring speed, and added reagent mass essential for scale-up modeling.
● Safety: For pressurized units, 100% fully tested and inspected before shipment, equip reliable pressure release device.
● Sampling Ports: Ability to withdraw aliquots without disrupting inert atmosphere (N2, Ar) or pressure.
