Product Description
A Resin Reactor is a specialized, typically stainless steel, vessel used in the chemical industry to facilitate polymerization, mixing, and heating/cooling, allowing liquid-liquid or liquid-powder ingredients to produce synthetic resins like epoxy, polyester, and phenolic resins. They are essential for creating controlled environments to produce materials such as adhesives, coatings, paints, and wood glues.

● Heating / cooling jackets to manage exothermic reactions
● High-torque agitators to mix thick, sticky contents
● Condenser systems to recover solvents or remove water byproduct
● Vacuum capability to strip unreacted monomers or solvents

● Adhesives & Glues: Produces Urea-formaldehyde or Phenolic Resins.
● Paints & Coatings: Makes Alkyd, Acrylic, or Epoxy Resins.
● Composites & Plastics: Produces Unsaturated Polyester Resins.
