An Esterification Reactor is a reaction vessel designed to produce esters by reacting carboxylic acid with alcohol, often utilizing catalysts to accelerate the process. These reactors, commonly stirred tank reactors (CSTR), are essential for manufacturing plastics, polymers, pharmaceuticals, fragrances, solvents, and biodiesel.
Key Features Include:
● Heating / cooling jackets to manage exothermic reactions
● High-torque agitators to mix thick, sticky contents
● Condenser systems to recover solvents or remove water byproduct
● Vacuum capability to strip unreacted monomers or solvents

Main material | Contacting material inside kettle mainly use SUS304, SUS316LL, SUS321, SUS310, also can be produced by Titanium, Nickel Alloy, Hastelloy, Inconel etc, or lined with PTFE, PPL, PFA and Nickel according to different requirements of reaction media. |
