A tubular reactor is a cylindrical reaction vessel, typically a long pipe or series of pipes, through which fluids (liquids or gases) flow continuously and react as they travel from the inlet to the outlet.
Application description
● Chemical production: Ethylene, Viny Chloride, and Styrene manufacture via thermal cracking.
● Petrochemical refining: Hydrocracking, Catalytic Reforming, and Hydrodesulfurization.
● Polymerization: Producing Polypropylene, Polyethylene, and other Plastics.
● Pharmaceuticals & Fine Chemicals: Fast, exothermic reactions requiring precise temperature control.
● Pilot Plants & Lab Testing: Studying reaction kinetics under controlled conditions.
● Waste treatment: Supercritical water oxidation or thermal decomposition.
Advantage
● High conversion per unit mass of catalyst, make a complete and constant reaction, suitable for Solid Catalyzed and Gas Phase reaction.
● Good mixing under low operating cost, catalyst can be continuously regenerated with the use of an auxiliary loop.
● Good uniformity of temperature, all reactants in various phase can flow inside reactor kettle evenly.

Main material | Contacting material inside kettle mainly use SUS304, SUS316LL, SUS321, SUS310, also can be produced by Titanium, Nickel Alloy, Hastelloy, Inconel etc, or lined with PTFE, PPL, PFA and Nickel according to different requirements of reaction media. |
Controller Device | Equipped with automatic or programmed PID or PLC to achieve: |
| Temperature display and control, accuracy ± 1 ℃ (or ±0.1 ℃); | |
