We design and fabricate a High Temperature Tubular Reactor for our EU Croatia end user
We design and fabricate a High Temperature Tubular Reactor for our EU Croatia end user, the detail specification is as below:
* Catalyst volume: 1 liters
* Purpose: For oxygen recombination
* Design temperature: 550 C (working temperature 300~400C)
* Design pressure: 20 bars in fixed bed area (working pressure 5 bar)
* There in 1 input stream pure O2, flow 1 kg/h, it goes in a fixed bed with catalyst, and out with the outlet stream
* Reactor material: For tubular reactor is Inconel 600, components before tubular reactor is SUS316L (low temperature area), after tubular reactor is Hastelloy C276 (high temperature area).
* Instruments: Equip with Needle Valves, Check Valve, Pressure Gauge, Pressure Sensor, Safety Valve, Back Pressure Valve, Mass Flow Meter, Pipe Filter, PT100 Temperature Sensor, also equip with Gasket for all nozzle and valve connection. Standard components.
This is a prototype for future research.
